The H3 Wanking Index ™ is a measurement of how bad (or good) you are performing as a Hare and is calculated as:

100-((hared+1)/(runs+1)*100)

Hared and runs as over the last 365 days.

The higher you are up in this list, the more wanker you are and the more you should volunteer to set a run.
The list below shows regulars from the last 3 month with their ability to wank instead of setting runs.
